Bright Vista QR

QR print guide for clear scans

Learn how to create, download and print QR codes clearly for labels, packaging, posters and backdrops. Always test before large print runs.

Create a fixed QR code

Choose the content type, enter your data, adjust colors or logo if needed, then create and download the QR code.

Always test the QR before printing, especially when using a logo or brand colors.

Create a flexible QR code

Register an account, request VIP and wait for admin activation. Then open Account > QR codes to create a flexible destination.

Slugs are generated randomly, are not incremental IDs and cannot be chosen by users.

Large-format printing

For posters or backdrops, prefer SVG vector files or large white-background PNG files. Avoid pale colors or complex gradients for codes that need to scan from a distance.

Super VIP includes product authentication QR presets for small labels, product labels, A4, posters and backdrops so print teams can pick the right size. Last updated: 2026-07-03.

Scan distance and data

Larger QR codes can scan from farther away, but quiet zone, contrast and crisp edges still matter. Test with real phones at the expected viewing distance.

Fixed QR only stores generated files for download; flexible QR and product authentication QR need account data to operate.
